What exactly is 'Included' vs 'Not Included'?
Included: Design, development, technical SEO, ORCID/OpenAlex integration, 2 years domain registration, GitHub Pages hosting, and Cloudflare DNS management.
Not Included: Copywriting your bio/research summaries, purchasing custom domain names outside the included plan, and creating original academic illustrations.
How do publication updates work?
All packages include automatic ORCID synchronisation. New publications are fetched and displayed on your site without manual data entry. Platform and Custom packages include additional OpenAlex pipeline integration for richer metadata.
What is the equity pricing model?
We apply a 50% reduction for researchers based at institutions in Low- and Middle-Income Countries (LMIC), as classified by the World Bank. This ensures world-class digital authority is accessible to all researchers regardless of regional funding.
Are there any recurring costs?
All packages include 2 years of domain, hosting, and managed infrastructure. After month 24, renewal is €195/year covering domain, hosting, DNS management, and monthly ORCID sync. You retain 100% ownership of your domain and content.
